Microflite x Zonzo Estate Father’s Day ‘Italian Escape’ Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Overview and Eligibility

  1. Information on how to enter the “Italian Escape” Giveaway (the Promotion) forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Promoter is Microflite Pty Ltd, 27/31 Northern Ave, Moorabbin Airport VIC 3194 (ABN: 97 006 504 463).
  4. The Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who are not:
    1. Employees or contractors of the Promoter;
    2. Immediate family members of employees or contractors of the Promoter;
    3. Contractors or agents who are directly associated with the administration of the Promotion.
      (Eligible Participants)

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion commences at 1:00pm AEST on 1 September 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 4 September 2025.

How to Enter

  1. To enter, Eligible Participants must:
    1. Follow @microflite.aviation and @zonzoestate on Instagram; and
    2. Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the official giveaway post.
  2. Only one (1) entry per Eligible Participant is permitted.

Prize & Draw Details

  1. One (1) Eligible Participant will receive a Zonzo Estate “Italian Escape” Tour for four (4) people, including return helicopter flights from Melbourne and a full food and wine experience at Zonzo Estate (Prize).
  2. The total prize value is AUD $3,780.
  3. The winner will be drawn at random and announced via @microflite.aviation on 5 September 2025.
  4. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, in which case the initial winner will cease to be entitled to redeem the Prize and release the Promoter from any claim to or in respect of the Prize.
  5. The Prize must be used within one (1) calendar year of being awarded.
  6. The date on which the winner may take the Zonzo Estate “Italian Escape” Tour is subject to agreement between the Promoter, Zonzo Estate, and the winner.

General Conditions

  1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
  2. The Winner may transfer or assign the Prize to another person, subject to and conditional upon the transferee accepting these Giveaway Terms and Conditions.
  3. If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including any winning entry) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Participant, who tampers or interferes with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  5. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and/or Instagram handle for promotional purposes without compensation.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, problems with Instagram or delayed, lost or misdirected entries.
  7. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize.
  8. All flights will be conducted in accordance with the Promoter’s commercial Policies and terms and conditions (as amended from time to time), including Flight Cancellation Policy, Weather Limitations, and Passenger Refusal Policy.
